Guidelines for presentations
When presenting at an EAJRS conference, please consider the following:
- The time allotted for your presentation should be observed. This includes Q&A, set-up time, change of speakers, and so on.
- Normally presentations are in PowerPoint or PDF. If you use a different format or a combination of formats (video, audio, internet), please inform the local organizer and check if your format can be handled correctly.
- Please use the equipment provided at the venue.
- Consider reducing the number of slides in your presentation (more slides can be added to the version on the EAJRS website).
- Do not put too much information in one slide (consider a handout for more information)
- Try to be bilingual: if you present in English, try to use Japanese in your slides and vice versa.
