東日本大震災の年・2011年に神田神保町に創立しました、学術図書出版の六花出版（りっかしゅっぱん）です。
歴史や公文書が軽く扱われがちなこの国で、このままではなかったことにされてしまうような、小さな営みや運動、そして見落とされそうな政府や地域、団体の文書をていねいに拾い上げ、主に編集復刻版という形で刻印し、今の世に問いたいと思い、出版を続けています。
テーマは、｢もうひとつの戦争｣｢病者の人権｣｢子どもの人権｣「性差別」「リプロダクティブ・ヘルス／ライツ」｢生活記録｣などです。

Rikka Shuppan was founded in Kanda Jimbocho in 2011, the year of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
In this country where history and official documents are often treated lightly, we carefully pick up small activities, movements, and documents of governments, regions, and organizations that might otherwise be overlooked, and imprints them, mainly in the form of edited reprints, in order to present them to the world today.
